Ukraine loses up to 220 troops in Donetsk area in past day

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian military personnel also repelled two attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces lost up to 220 troops in the Donetsk area in the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

"In the Donetsk area, units of Battlegroup South, in coordination with aircraft and artillery forces, repelled two enemy attacks and hit Ukrainian troops and equipment near the Kurdyumovka, Andreyevka and Kleshcheyevka settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The enemy lost up to 220 troops, two armored combat vehicles and three motor vehicles in the area," the statement reads.
